The Challenge

Partymachines Faced

  1. Manual Accounting Drain:: Founder Greg Gordon used to spend an entire day each month manually entering invoices into QuickBooks, an inefficient and tedious process.
  2. Multi-Channel Complexity: Managing inventory and sales across multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart) made reconciliation and data entry complicated and time-consuming.
  3. Team Stress and Morale: Manual, repetitive accounting tasks created unnecessary stress and reduced job satisfaction for the team.
The Solution

Partymachines Adopted Webgility

  1. Seamless QuickBooks Integration: Webgility automated the syncing of orders and financial data from all sales channels into QuickBooks, eliminating manual entry and reducing errors.
  2. Effortless Multi-Channel Management: The team can now efficiently handle sales from Walmart.com, Amazon.com, and their own site, with Webgility providing a unified workflow.
  3. Reliable, Human Support: Whether working from different locations or facing new challenges, Greg and his team always received prompt, personal assistance from Webgility’s support staff.
  4. Improved Workplace Satisfaction: By automating tedious tasks, the team experiences less stress and more enjoyment at work, aligning with Greg’s goal to make work fun and fulfilling.
In His Words
